HELP ME (MUSICALLY) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

There is a MIDI interface for the iPad. It works well and you shouldn't have any lag issues. Entire albums have been produced using nothing more than an iPad. Check out the free version of nLog. It's a great analog synthesizer emulation. For $8.99 you get a version that will interface with the external MIDI interface which lets you play it from a real keyboard. If the board you have now has bad contacts and isn't triggering properly, you'll have to clean the contacts or buy a new board. there are a ton of MIDI controller keyboards out there. I'm currently fond of the M-Audio Axiom line. I have a 61 key and a 25 key version.
