Should Britain stop moaning and accept foreign criminals from Africa so Africa can rebuild?

hmm funny thought we already did that as many of those who are supposed to be immigrants or refugees come into the u.k after committing crimes in their own countries why should Britain be saddled with even more don't we have enough home grown crims without importing more.
