How to get my Mom to stop drinking?

My Mom has a bad drinking problem, I don't know how to get her to stop? I don't want her to go to rehab though! Once she was in jail for 3 months (she wasn't a criminal, she just couldn't pay her child care) and for a little bit in the beginning it was fine but then it really got to me! For a little bit, I was crying every night as I went to sleep. Please help!
