Work and study program in USA?

I am trying to settle abroad, in order to do that i need to either find a job there or study for a while and find a job.Recently i came across the work and study program in USA in affiliation with Lincoln,Schiller and Sullivan universities where in people work and study par-time i browsed online but not sure if it trust worthy but i am scared is anyone or ur friends out there who is enrolled into this.can u help me please
