Visitation rights to a 7 Month Old?

You sound like a really good dad, and that isn't enough time. He needs to know who his real dad is and he needs to be around you. Ask your ex politely if you could spend some more time with him and that you're his father and he needs to be around you. If she still says no, than go to court.
